We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information.

• Device Data: Information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the App.
• Permissions: We request access to your Camera, Microphone, and Storage to provide core features like Video Calling and profile customization.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.

• To fulfill and manage your orders (via Razorpay).
• To facilitate user-to-user communications (via ZegoCloud and Supabase).

Urcompanion (published by Arun Kr. Pasricha on Google Play) is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

We have zero tolerance for any content, communication, or behavior that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

The following is strictly prohibited on Urcompanion User and Vendor apps:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative situations.
• Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors.
• Any attempt to exploit or harm children.

Moderation & Enforcement

Urcompanion uses the following measures to prevent abuse:

• User reporting tools inside the app.
• Manual content review where applicable.
• Immediate suspension or permanent banning of accounts violating child safety rules.
• Removal of reported content without delay.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and will report confirmed cases of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to appropriate authorities.
